Deposits & Booking 
A 40%non-refundable deposit is required to secure your start date and cover standard materials. This is deducted from your final invoice. Work will not be scheduled until the deposit is received.

Special Order Materials & Sheds 
Sheds, bespoke gates, fencing panels, specific stone, and any non-stock items are ordered specifically for your job. 100% payment for these items is required before I order. They are non-refundable once ordered as suppliers won’t take them back.

Quotes & Pricing valid for 30days, however, is subject to change dependant on material availability in which case will be discussed before work commences any extra work will be confirmed in writing before it starts.

Payment Terms 
Balance for labour is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing beforehand. Bank transfer or cash accepted.

Weather & Delays 
Outdoor work is weather dependent. If it rains or ground conditions aren’t safe, we’ll rearrange and keep you updated.

Cancellations 
Please give as much notice as possible. Deposits cover materials already ordered and time reserved for you.
